A sea of people lay in wait
Hopes and dreams written plainly on each face
Each waves a flag as they chant
his name
“Obama, Obama”
Claiming their own piece of the
history being made for the second time this day
So truly fitting that it would be
this day
The day the Dreamer was stolen
away
Now the day the Dream enters into
the realm of immortality
He looks back at the people one
final time barely able to keep back the tears as their cheers erupt
“The Immortal One!”
